Introduction and acceptance

By accessing or using DecisionOps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DecisionOps Ltd.

What DecisionOps is

DecisionOps is a software platform for business and personal management. It is not a provider of professional financial, legal, medical, or business advice. VEKTOR's recommendations are informational only. You make all final decisions. We are not liable for decisions you make based on platform data or VEKTOR recommendations.

Account terms

• —One account per person.
• —You must be 16 years of age or older.
• —You must provide accurate and current information.
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• —You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

Subscription and billing

• —All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• —Monthly plans are billed monthly. Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of the current billing period.
• —Quarterly plans run for 3 months and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• —Free tier is available indefinitely with feature limits as described on the pricing page.
• —No refunds on partial billing periods.
• —Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• ✕Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law.
• ✕Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform.
• ✕Resell, sublicense, or provide access to others outside your account.
• ✕Use automated tools to scrape or extract data.
• ✕Impersonate any person or entity.
• ✕Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• ✕Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

Intellectual property

The DecisionOps platform, including all software, design, and content, is owned by DecisionOps Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your data belongs to you — we claim no ownership over content you create or data you connect.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided as-is. We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may cancel and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. On termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

Changes to terms

We will give 30 days notice of material changes via email and in-app notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
