Every decision.
Explained.
DecisionOps is the business decision platform built on a simple principle: AI should earn your trust, not demand it. VEKTOR explains every recommendation in plain English, with confidence scores and supporting evidence — every time.
The black box problem
Most AI business tools give you outputs and ask for your trust. No explanation. No evidence. No way to verify, challenge, or improve the recommendation. DecisionOps was built to end that.
Black box AI output:
“Recommended action: Send follow-up to lead #4821.”
VEKTOR output:
“Lead #4821 (Harrington & Co) has been silent for 11 days following your proposal submission. Signals: email opened 3× (last: 9 days ago), pricing page revisited 1× (8 days ago). Pattern matches ‘evaluating — not decided’. Recommended action: send case study relevant to their sector (professional services). Confidence: 87%. Alternative: call — lower confidence (61%) based on company size signals.”
The four pillars of the DecisionOps platform
Decision Intelligence Engine
The brain of DecisionOps. VEKTOR processes multi-signal data, applies its decision models, and generates recommendations — each one accompanied by a plain-English explanation with confidence scores and evidence.
Real-Time Monitoring Layer
The always-on nervous system. SENTINEL watches your pipeline and life data 24/7, surfacing the signals that warrant a decision — before they become problems you have to react to.
Business Pipeline Protection
The commercial decision layer. Revenue OS applies VEKTOR and SENTINEL to your sales pipeline, automatically recovering silent leads, protecting revenue, and making every action explainable to your team.
Life Optimisation Engine
The personal decision layer. Personal OS brings the same intelligence to your individual decisions — goals, habits, finances, and wellbeing — with a Life Score that tells you exactly where you stand and what to change.
Why explainability is not just a feature — it is the product
When you understand why a decision was made, you can evaluate it, challenge it, improve it, and learn from it. When you do not, you are at the mercy of a system you cannot verify or control.
VEKTOR was built from the ground up to produce decisions that are transparent. Every recommendation surfaces the signals that fed into it, the weight given to each signal, the confidence level, and the alternatives that were considered and rejected.
This matters for business: it means your team can act on VEKTOR's recommendations with confidence, not blind faith. And it means every automated decision has a clear audit trail — essential for regulated industries and high-stakes decisions.
“We had evaluated three AI-driven sales tools before DecisionOps. The others gave outputs with no explanation — which made it impossible to trust them, especially for high-value decisions. VEKTOR changed that completely. We know exactly what it is doing and why.”
Business decision platform questions
What is a business decision platform?
A business decision platform is a system that helps organisations make better, faster, and more consistent decisions by processing multiple data signals, identifying patterns, and recommending actions. DecisionOps goes further than most by making every decision explainable — VEKTOR, our decision intelligence engine, tells you not just what to do, but why, with what confidence, and based on which signals.
How is DecisionOps different from business intelligence (BI) tools?
BI tools help you understand what has happened. DecisionOps helps you decide what to do next. It is the difference between a dashboard showing you last month's pipeline data and a system that monitors this moment's pipeline data, flags what needs attention, and recommends a specific action with a clear rationale.
What decisions does VEKTOR make — and which does it recommend?
VEKTOR makes fully automated decisions in areas where you have configured it to act autonomously — such as triggering a recovery sequence when a lead goes silent. In more complex situations, it recommends rather than acts: surfacing the alert, explaining the signals, suggesting an action, and waiting for human confirmation. You control the level of autonomy.
Is the AI explainable? How do we know why it made a decision?
Explainability is the core of VEKTOR. Every recommendation, alert, and score comes with a plain-English explanation that lists the signals considered, the weight given to each, the confidence level, and the alternative options that were assessed. There are no black boxes in DecisionOps.
What data does the platform use to make decisions?
For Revenue OS, VEKTOR analyses engagement signals from email (opens, clicks, replies), CRM (stage progression, activity logs, deal value), and web activity (page visits, return visits, pricing page views). For Personal OS, it analyses goals, habits, journal entries, and Life Score component data. You own all data; DecisionOps processes it only to deliver the service.
Can DecisionOps integrate with our existing business intelligence stack?
Yes. Control plan customers can export decision data and audit logs to their own BI tools via API or webhook. We provide structured JSON outputs for all VEKTOR decisions, including the signal weights and confidence scores, enabling deep integration with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
